Eddie Yeung is the chef and founder of Wonton Hut, he was born in Hong Kong (China). Family members in the hospitality industry had greatly influenced his career to follow suit. At age of 16, he began apprenticeships with some renounced noodle chefs and explored deeply the intricate culinary art of southern style wonton. Immigrated to Canada in 1993, he worked at a number of restaurants in Toronto. Yeung opened his first Toronto restaurant Wonton Hut in 2009.
